- Is there a limit on jobs?
- No. Every job goes in, on every plan, however busy the month. The plans differ by how many showrooms you run, not by how much you use it.
- What counts as a showroom?
- Each location where you meet customers. One is Showroom, $297 a month. Two or more is Custom: we set up each location with you, every one under one login, and price it on the call.
- What happens after the 30 days?
- You pick a plan or you stay on free quoting, which never ends. Nothing is deleted and no card was taken, so there is nothing to cancel.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Pay monthly and cancel any time, or pay yearly and get two months free. Move up or down a plan whenever you like.
- What does setup include?
- Two calls with us, about two days: one to learn how your showroom works, then the setup itself. Your live jobs moved in, your catalogs and discounts loaded, the lead widget on your website and your designers shown around. It is free on every plan.
- Are payments extra?
- No. Card payments go through your own Authorize.net merchant account, at the rate you already have with it. We take nothing on top.
- Do you charge per designer?
- Never. Every person in your showroom is included on every plan, in the showroom or remote.
