The rest of the software

The quoting tool is one part. This is the whole system.

This is not a pitch to change how you work. It is what runs our two cabinet businesses today, in plain words. Read it, and decide later if any of it is worth a talk.

01  Design

From the design file to a signed quote

The ProKitchen file goes in. Your prices and margin go on. A finished quote comes out, change after change, and nobody types a cabinet by hand.

This is the part you can use today. It is here.

02  CRM

The leads you meant to call back

Leads, pipeline stages, follow-up. Built for a showroom where somebody walks in, disappears for six weeks, and comes back ready to buy. Not for a sales team of twelve.

03  ERP

The showroom and the factory, in one place

Orders, changes and missing parts, followed from the day you place the order to the day the truck reaches the customer’s house. This is the folder wall, running by itself.

We never built this to sell

Every stage in this software exists because a job once got stuck there and cost us money. It is a list of our own mistakes, cleaned up.

Luxcraft Cabinets and CabinetDeals both run on it. If it breaks, it breaks for us first. That is the only quality guarantee I can honestly offer.

Tell us what is going on

No calendar link and no sales call. Tell me what you are dealing with. I will write back with something useful, even if the answer is that you do not need us.

Spase reads these himself. There is no sales team.
